- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Pickled mushrooms - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the chicken fillet until tender and cut into cubes.
Separately boil hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water and peel off the shell.
Cut eggs, cucumbers and mushrooms into pieces about the same size as the chicken.
Season the salad with mayonnaise. If necessary, add spices.
