- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Olives - 100 g
- Feta - 150 g
- Olive oil - 4 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the mushrooms and put them in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cut olives, onions and chili into rings, and cucumbers with avocado and feta into cubes.
Add lettuce and herbs, and mix the salad.
