Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 350 g
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Lemon - 2 slices
- Mint - 5 twigs
- Water - 3 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the gooseberries and mint and dry them slightly.
Place gooseberries, mint sprigs and 2 lemon slices in a pre-sterilized three-liter jar.
Boil water and pour boiling water over the contents of the jar to the top. Cover the jar with a sterile lid and leave to warm up for 15-20 minutes.
Then drain the water from the jar into a saucepan and bring it to a boil again.
Pour sugar into a jar with gooseberries.
Pour boiling water over the contents of the jar again to the very top and immediately roll it up. Turn the jar upside down, wrap it up and leave it to cool completely. Then transfer the Mojito from the gooseberry to a cool, dark place for storage.
