Peach jam is familiar to everyone, but what about nectarine? On the one hand, it turns out to be quite similar. On the other – completely different, and nectarines are very different. We will prepare it according to the classic five-minute technology.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut nectarines into cubes, cover with sugar and leave for an hour.

Boil the jam for 5 minutes and let it cool completely. And again.

Chop the lemon in a blender together with the peel and add to the jam. If desired, beat the whole mass until smooth.

Boil the jam for another 5 minutes after boiling and roll it into sterile jars.
