Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the tomatoes and pass them with onions through a meat grinder.

Add all the spices, and cook for about an hour on low heat, stirring.

Rub the mass through a sieve, add sugar and salt, and cook for a couple of hours until the desired density.

Pour in the vinegar and roll up the tomato sauce for the winter in sterile jars.
