Ingredients
- Boiled sausage - 200 g
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Green onion - 0.5 beam
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Radish - 1 piece
- Lemon - 0.5 pieces
- Yogurt - 500 ml
- Mineral water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes and eggs and chop all the ingredients except lemon and radish.
Grate radish on a grater, mix everything and add yogurt.
Fill the okroshka with mineral water and add a few lemon slices.
Let it stand in the refrigerator for half an hour.
