Pea soup is prepared not only with smoked meat or a whole piece of meat, but also with minced meat. In addition, I suggest adding more vegetables – in the spirit of Italian minestrone. I recommend taking green peas for this recipe – fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
- Pork - 150 g
- Beef - 150 g
- Peas (green) – 250 g
- String beans - 100 g
- Corn - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pass pork and beef through a meat grinder.
Fry the mixed minced meat in olive oil for a couple of minutes.
Finely chop all the vegetables and add to the minced meat. First carrots, onions and peppers, and after 3-4 minutes everything else.
Simmer for a couple more minutes and fill with water or broth.
Season and cook the soup until the ingredients are ready.
