Green pea soup with chicken

For this recipe, young green peas are best suited, but you can use frozen ones. And you'll also need a good blender to grind all the ingredients together with the chicken. The result is definitely worth it!


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the chicken, fill with water and boil until tender.

Add the randomly chopped peas there and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add spices and chopped herbs, and grind everything with a blender to the desired consistency.

Warm up the soup a little, add water or cream if desired, and serve with crackers.
