Vegetable broth is very easy to turn into a full–fledged dish - just add a little potatoes and broccoli. Under the mood, I add another handful of instant noodles and let it brew for a couple of minutes under the lid.
Ingredients
- Water - 1,5 l
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Butter - 15 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, and the carrots into circles, and fill with water. Put it to cook on low heat.
Finely chop the onion, fry in butter until golden, and send it to the rest of the vegetables.
After another 2-3 minutes, add the chopped pepper, and continue to cook the broth until the potatoes are ready.
A couple of minutes before the end, add small broccoli inflorescences and spices.
