I cook this soup literally from everything that came to hand. Fortunately, there is always a package of dried peas at home. Today I propose to cook a classic lunch based on sausage and smoked meats. And even in a slow cooker, to save time.
Ingredients
- Peas - 200 g
- Smoked meat - 150 g
- Smoked chicken - 100 g
- Sausage - 100 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas overnight. Rinse and fill with water in the bowl of a slow cooker.
Set the mode for cooking soups for an hour and a half.
After 50 minutes, add the chopped sausage, smoked meat and grated carrots with onions. Season it.
Cook the soup until the end of the program.
