Perhaps this okroshka with meat and sauerkraut is the most original recipe among my stocks. It turns out a very unusual, but very satisfying and delicious option with notes of Hungarian and Czech cuisine at the same time.
Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sauerkraut - 130 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Mustard - 1 art.l.
- Kvass - 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the beef until tender, set aside the broth.
Separately boil the potatoes and eggs, and finely dice all the ingredients.
Chop the sauerkraut and squeeze lightly.
Add chopped greens and mix everything with mustard.
Fill the okroshka with kvass and add the cooled broth to the desired consistency.
