Ingredients
- Blueberries - 300 g
- Starch - 5 art.l.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water - 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the blueberries in a blender and rub through a sieve.
Boil 1.8 liters of water, add blueberry puree, sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Separately mix the starch with the remaining water.
Pour the preform with starch in a thin stream into the boiling compote, stirring continuously.
Boil everything together for 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
