The diet can be delicious if you add more fresh vegetables and fruits. A good option would be a salad of Peking cabbage, walnuts and pomegranate. Surprisingly appetizing and simple dish. Add spices to your liking.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 350 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Apples - 1 piece
- Walnuts - handful
- Garnet (grains) – half a glass
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Dry the walnuts in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Peel carrot, apple, grate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix cabbage, carrot, apple, pomegranate seeds and salt.
Add olive oil, nuts and mix gently with salad tongs.
