Somehow in my culinary experiments I came across this recipe. He attracted me with his simplicity and, of course, exoticism. I especially liked the fact that vegetables are used raw. The dish turns out delicious and healthy.
Ingredients
- Funchosa - 200 g
- Radish - 100 g
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sesame - 1 S.L.
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Wine vinegar - 1 art.l.
- Ground ginger - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the funchosa in a saucepan, pour boiling water and cover for 5 minutes.
Flip into a colander and rinse under running water.
Grate radishes and carrots on a special grater.
Peel the onion from the husk and chop.
Lightly dry the sesame seeds in a frying pan.
Mix the funchosa, radish, sesame, carrot and onion.
Separately mix wine vinegar, sesame oil, ground ginger and salt.
Pour the dressing into the salad and mix. You can add herbs, garlic or nuts.
