- Beetroot - 2-3 pieces
- Beans - 1 glass
- Pickled cucumbers (gherkins) – 150 g

- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the beetroot in foil for about an hour at 180 degrees.
Soak the beans overnight, boil until soft and let cool.
