Meat salads are popular in winter. They are hearty and delicious. I try to choose the simplest and fastest recipes. Among my recent favorites is this wonderful salad. Try it, and you will understand why I like it so much!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Walnuts - handful
- Onion (medium) – 1 piece
- Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet, peeled eggs and onion.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.
Mix chicken fillet, onion, eggs, prunes and nuts.
Add ground pepper and salt to taste.
Season the salad with vegetable oil and mix.
