Who said that herring under a fur coat is a simple and ordinary dish? Add some seafood, red caviar and it will turn into a royal treat. Put such a salad on the festive table and compliments from the guests are provided for you.
Ingredients
- Herring (finished fillet) – 250 g
- Red Caviar - 2 art.l.
- Shrimp (cleaned) – 100 g
- Squid (boiled) – 1 carcass
- Beetroot (boiled) – 200 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 200 g
- Potatoes (boiled) – 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 180 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Quail eggs (boiled) – 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the herring, squid, shrimp and onion. Peel and grate the boiled vegetables.
Lay out layers of potatoes, onions and shrimp. Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise.
Next arrange the carrots, herring and red caviar. Again, pepper, salt and smear with maoinez.
Spread the squid evenly and cover with a layer of beetroot. Add pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
You can decorate the salad with egg halves and a pile of caviar. Before serving, insist the dish for 1.5 hours in the refrigerator.
