Prepare the olivier in a special way: put the ingredients in layers and not on a plate, but in beautiful glasses. This presentation will appeal to everyone and the traditional salad will again be in the center of everyone's attention. I suggest cooking with ham.
Ingredients
- Ham - 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 150 g
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Dill - halfpuchka
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop ham, cucumbers, dill, peeled potatoes and carrots.
Peel the eggs from the shell and grate them on a fine grater.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: potatoes, green peas, ham, cucumbers, carrots, dill and eggs. After each layer, add salt and mayonnaise to taste.
Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for a few hours so that all the ingredients are thoroughly soaked.
