Ingredients
- Ham - 250 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Onion (large) – 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the ham, pickled mushrooms, peeled eggs and onions.
Wash the onion, mix with sugar and lemon juice. Cover with cling film and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Lay out a layer of pickled mushrooms, smear with a small amount of mayonnaise.
Then lay out layers of eggs and onions. Pepper, salt and add mayonnaise again.
Ham and Korean carrots will be next. After the ham, you can add a little more mayonnaise.
The finished salad can be decorated with herbs or lemon slices. Before serving, the dish should stand for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
