I suggest adding another interesting recipe to the list of festive salads. Rabbit, corn and apple salad will appeal to everyone without exception. Mayonnaise can be used lean or replaced with yogurt, sour cream.
Ingredients
- Rabbit (boiled) – 250 g
- Corn (canned) – half a can
- Apples (sweet and sour) – 1 piece
- Potatoes (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Green onion - 2 of the stem
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the rabbit, green onions and peeled potatoes.
Slice the apple and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Rinse the corn under running water.
Mix all the ingredients, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
