Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 350 g
- Quinoa - 1,5 glasses
- Sprouts - handful
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Pumpkin seeds (fried) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil quinoa for 5 minutes, put it in a colander and rinse.
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with paper towels and cut into small cubes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and lightly brown the chicken fillet.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half or quarters.
Mix quinoa, chicken fillet, salad mix, cherry tomatoes, sprouts and pumpkin seeds.
Add salt, pepper, season the salad with olive oil and mix.
