I often cook dishes from red fish, because it is not only delicious, but also useful. Among my favorite recipes is this wonderful salad. I advise you to cook it from fresh or canned peas. It doesn't turn out so beautifully with frozen.
Ingredients
- Red Fish - 200 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
- Green peas (canned) – 150 g
- Salad mix - 100 g
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the red fish and dry it thoroughly with paper towels.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, lay out the fish and fry until tender.
Put the fish on a plate, chop and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the cherry tomatoes, wash the green peas.
Mix fish, peas, tomatoes and salad mix.
Add salt, sesame seeds, olive oil and mix.
