Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cucumbers into circles, and then again in half.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Chop the garlic, herbs and chili, and mix the salad.
Season the salad with sesame oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
