Layered salad of chicken, pickled mushrooms, prunes and Korean carrots

Of all the puff salads, this one can probably be called my favorite. It turns out to be satisfying, tasty, fragrant and incredibly beautiful. Lay out the dish so that the layers are clearly visible. For convenience, I advise you to use the culinary ring.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Korean carrots - 200 g
- Pickled mushrooms - 150 g
- Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 60 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut chicken fillet, cucumbers and pickled mushrooms.
Wash the prunes with boiling water and chop.
Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: chicken, mushrooms, prunes, cucumbers and Korean carrots. After each layer, add salt, ground pepper and mayonnaise.
Before serving, remove the salad for 1.5-2 hours in the refrigerator.
