Delicious, and most importantly — a very healthy salad. Prepare it for the holidays or just when you want to add variety to your diet. I add a clove of garlic for flavor. If you don't like it, just exclude it from the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Sea cabbage - 250 g
  • Carrots (juicy) – 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the carrots on a special grater.

Heat the vegetable oil well in a frying pan and pour hot into the carrots.

Add lemon juice and garlic passed through the press. Stir and set aside for 5 minutes.

Mix the seaweed and carrots.

Add ground pepper and salt to taste.
