There is a stereotype that olivier is a terribly heavy and harmful salad. Although in fact this is far from the truth. Why would it be if there are only vegetables and meat? Moreover, the recipe is easy to adapt to the PP rules, and then I'll tell you how.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Mash (or chickpeas, canned) – 1 glass
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Green onion - 4 pen
- Sour cream (or thick yogurt) – 100 g
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Separately boil the chicken fillet, eggs and carrots with potatoes in the peel. Let everything cool down.
Cut all the ingredients into small cubes. Chop the green onions and add the mash. You can add greens.
To refuel PP olivier, mix sour cream or yogurt with mustard.
