Delicious salad will appeal even to those who are usually indifferent to seaweed. In combination with squid and juicy vegetables, it turns out much tastier! If desired, you can add a clove of garlic, a little vinegar or lemon juice.
Ingredients
- Squid - 2 carcasses
- Sea cabbage - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (for cooking squid) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid into boiling water for 4 minutes.
Put the squid on a plate, cool and slice.
Grate the carrots on a special grater, chop the cucumber.
Mix seaweed, cucumbers, carrots and squid.
Add ground pepper and salt to taste.
Season the salad with oil and mix.
