A wonderful seasonal salad for lovers of vegetables in general and pumpkins in particular! I advise you to use smoked sausage with spices in it – for example, with paprika. And something like pepperoni or chorizo will also do.

- Smoked sausage - 200 g
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Broccoli - 150 g
- Spinach - 2 handfuls
- Garnet (grains) – 100 g
- Almond petals - 2 tbsp.l.
- Yogurt - 2 art.l.
- Mint - 2 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into slices and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Disassemble the broccoli into inflorescences and boil for a couple of minutes in boiling water until soft.
Add spinach and crushed mint, cut the sausage into plates.
Sprinkle the salad with pomegranate and almond petals, and pour over the yogurt.
