A very unusual and delicious salad. You won't need vegetables for cooking, only squid and octopus. If desired, you can add a little fresh coriander or parsley. Before serving, the salad must be infused in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
- Squid - 3 carcasses
- Octopus (small) – 10 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
- Wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil squid carcasses in salted water for 2 minutes and place on a plate to cool.
Boil the octopuses in a separate saucepan for 7 minutes.
Cut the cooled squid into rings.
Mix squid, octopus and garlic passed through the press.
Add salt, ground pepper, oil, wine vinegar and tomato sauce.
Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
