- Grapefruit - 1 piece
- Mango - 1 piece
- Apples (medium) – 2 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Orange juice - 3 art.l.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l.
- Flax Seeds - 1 art.l.
- Pumpkin seeds - 1 art.l.
- Sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the grapefruit with boiling water, peel, peel and slice.
Cut apples, peeled bananas and sprinkle with orange juice. This will not allow them to darken quickly.
Cut the mango in half, remove the stone, peel and chop the pulp.
Mix all three types of seeds and dry them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Mix apples, grapefruit, mango and bananas.
Add honey and mix gently. Sprinkle the salad with seeds on top.
