Smoked sausage for this salad can be fried a little first or immediately added as is. Despite the simplicity of the recipe and the minimum of ingredients, tomato salad turns out to be very tasty and interesting.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Smoked sausage - 200 g
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop tomatoes and sausage.
Finely chop the cilantro, basil and garlic, and mix everything together.
Sprinkle the salad with herbs and drizzle with olive oil.
