If you are just choosing the perfect salad recipe for a picnic – this is exactly what you need. But at home on a grill pan it turns out quite well. Toasted vegetables are perfectly combined with feta and chopped greens.
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Feta - 70 g
- Cilantro - 0,5 beam
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini and eggplant into circles, and cut the too large ones in half again.
Cut the pepper into large pieces, and finely chop the cilantro.
Grill the vegetables for a couple of minutes on each side.
Pour olive oil over the salad, sprinkle with herbs and squeeze garlic on top.
Season everything, mix and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
