Greek salad has been prepared for more than a dozen years. In modern recipes, more greens are added there, various additives and sauces are used. Lemon juice combined with spicy mustard gives the salad an original taste.
Ingredients
For Salad:
- Cucumbers (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 2 leaf
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Feta - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix oregano, olive oil, mustard and lemon juice. Remove the filling for 5 minutes to the side.
Chop cucumbers, feta, tomatoes, peeled onions and bell peppers.
Tear the salad leaves into small pieces with your hands.
Mix vegetables, feta, olives and salad leaves.
Add salt, pepper, pour in the prepared dressing and mix the salad.
