Chop the beets and peeled oranges.

Dry the peanuts in a frying pan and chop them in a blender.

Wash the prunes with boiling water and dry them with a paper towel.

Cut the prunes into small pieces.

Mix beets, oranges, prunes, salt and ground pepper.

Season the salad with olive oil and sprinkle with peanuts.
