In fact, this recipe resembles a well-known salad with crab sticks and cabbage. Only instead of cabbage, I use tender lettuce and spicy arugula. Such a simple replacement, and now it turns out a completely different dish.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 250 g
- Lettuce - 0.5 beam
- Cabbage - 100 g
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Corn - 150 g
- Yogurt - 4 tbsp.l.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cabbage and chop the lettuce.
Add arugula and corn and mix.
Finely chop the crab sticks and also add to the salad.
Season the dish with yogurt.
