Healthy and delicious seafood salads have long been fixed in the festive menu. Every cook has a couple of his signature dishes on this topic and I, of course, am no exception. I'm telling you my favorite recipe.
Ingredients
- Squid (chilled) – 2 carcasses
- Shrimp (cleared) – 200 g
- Mussels (chilled) – 150 g
- Octopus (chilled) – 150 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Spinach - 50 g
- Lettuce - 50 g
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid carcasses into boiling water for 30 seconds and put them on a plate to cool.
Chop the cooled squid, greens, spinach and salad leaves.
Grate the carrots on a special grater.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the shrimp, mussels, octopus and fry for 4-6 minutes.
Add squid, garlic passed through the press, season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Mix salad leaves, spinach, carrots, herbs and seafood.
Add salt, season with oil, lemon juice and mix.
