The perfect base for this salad is fresh and crispy lettuce. It remains to add beans and a few more ingredients to it – and a quick, beautiful snack is ready. Under the mood, I add a little ham, chicken or red fish.
Ingredients
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Beans (canned) – 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly pick lettuce with your hands, chop the parsley and chop the pepper.
Rinse the beans and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Sprinkle the salad with olive oil.
