Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate cucumbers on a grater for Korean carrots.
Peel, stone and chop the avocado.
Sprinkle the avocado with lemon juice and stir.
Add the seaweed, cucumbers and garlic passed through the press.
Season the salad with salt, pepper and vegetable oil.
