Canned baby corn, which is sold ready-made in cans, is best suited for this recipe. It has a completely different taste and texture, and it goes well with chicken fillet. Be sure to try it on occasion!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Pineapple - 250 g
- Corn (canned) – 200 g
- Corn (baby) – 150 g
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Raisins - 2 handfuls
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil or bake chicken fillet and cut into thin slices.
Finely chop the pepper and randomly chop the lettuce. Add the washed raisins.
Add chopped pineapples and both types of corn, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
Mix olive oil, honey and mustard, and season the salad.
