This recipe is good for its versatility. For example, I cooked mackerel with mozzarella and basil. But in general, you can take any cheese and any greens. For example, fish with spinach turns out very well. The principle of cooking remains the same, and I will tell you about it later in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Mackerel (large) – 1 piece
- Basil - 0.5 beam
- Cheese (mozzarella) – 120 g
- Ground coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the fish and rub with spices from all sides. Sprinkle it with oil.
Grate the cheese, finely chop the basil and stuff the mackerel.
Wrap it tightly in several layers of foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
