Sandwiches with herbs and vegetables will not surprise anyone anymore. That's why I'm sharing one of my favorite recipes with spinach and purple onion. Suitable for vegetarians and those who are constantly on a diet. You can cook it even for children, but choose a sweeter onion.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Spinach - 1 handful
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp.
- Yogurt - 2 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the bread in a frying pan until golden. Mix yogurt, mustard and spices.
Put spinach on a slice of bread and pour mustard sauce over it.
Put the rings of tomatoes and purple onions on top, avocado slices and again a little sauce.
Cover the sandwich with the second slice.
