Ingredients
- Bread (for toasts) – 4 slices
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise (easy) – 1 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Dried chili pepper - 1 pinch
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the bread in a toaster or lightly fry it in a frying pan without oil.
Peel the onion from the husk and slice.
Mash the tuna with a fork, season everything and mix. Add a spoonful of light mayonnaise so that the mass does not disintegrate so much.
Mash the avocado with a fork or chop it in a blender. Add lemon juice, chili, salt and spices, and mix.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Form sandwiches: bread, avocado, cucumbers, tuna with onions and bread again.
