Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 500 g
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 20 g
- Ground ginger - 0.5 tsp.
- White pepper - 1 pinch
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Greenery - 45 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 20 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with bay leaf and boil mushrooms in it for 10-15 minutes. Let the mushrooms drain completely and cool down.
Add chopped herbs and crushed garlic to them.
Heat the oil, add all the spices to it and pour over the mushrooms.
Pour vinegar into the same place, mix everything and leave to marinate for a couple of hours.
