Homemade hamburger with beef patty, egg and tomatoes is a great alternative to purchased fast food. Moreover, you can cook it with your favorite sauces, vegetables, herbs. I share the recipe with step-by-step photos!
Ingredients
- Bun (for burgers) – 2 pieces
- Ground beef - 260 g
- Vegetable oil (for frying cutlets) – 30 ml
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Lettuce - 2 leaf
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cheese (solid) – 2 records
- Ketchup - 3 tsp.
- Sauce (any) – 3 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Add salt and spices to the ground beef to taste, chopped onion. Mix and form two cutlets. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes, making medium heat.
Burger buns cut into halves and lightly fry the slices. Lubricate the bottom part with ketchup.
Put lettuce leaves on the half of the bun.
Add the fried beef patty to the leaves. Fry the eggs as well and put each on top of the cutlet.
Put a slice of cheese on top of the egg.
Cut the tomato into thin slices and put it on the cheese.
Grease the top of the bun with any sauce and cover the burger. Serve immediately while warm.
