- Chicken fillet - 700 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 50 g
- Breadcrumbs - 150 g
- Vegetable oil - 400 ml
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into rather large pieces – like nuggets.
Beat the eggs with a whisk or fork.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and spices to taste.
Roll each piece of chicken first in flour, then in egg, and then in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry the nuggets or just in a large amount of vegetable oil.
Cook them in parts so that they are evenly fried, and then put them on paper towels.
