Canapes with crab sticks and tomatoes solve two important problems at once when planning a festive feast. Firstly, they are quick and easy to prepare. Secondly, most of your guests will definitely like them.
Ingredients
- Bread (for toasts) – 4 slices
- Crab sticks - 4 pieces
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 2 sheets
- Mayonnaise - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the frozen crab sticks on a fine grater – so they will not fall apart. Mix them with mayonnaise.
Wash and dry the salad leaves, and cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Cut the crust off the bread slices and cut into several pieces.
Put salad leaves, a mass of crab sticks on half of the slices and a slice of tomato on top.
Cover with the remaining slices of bread and secure the canape with a skewer.
