Cheese balls in all kinds and varieties are one of the most versatile snacks in the world. And all because they can be combined with any other ingredients. For example, with dried cranberries, nuts and herbs. For serving, I use salted straws instead of skewers.
Ingredients
- Cheese - 100 g
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Sour cream - 30 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Cilantro - 30 g
- Cranberries (dried) – 30 g
- Walnuts - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cilantro, dried cranberries and walnuts, and mix.
Grate hard cheese on a fine grater and grind it in a blender together with cottage cheese.
Add sour cream and spices to the cheese mass to taste.
Roll small balls and roll in the nut-cranberry mixture.
