- Bread - 4 slices
- Nut paste - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Cottage cheese - 2-3 tbsp.l.
- Bananas - 1-2 pieces
- Butter - 2 art.l.
- Blueberries - 1 handful
- Mint - 1 handful
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Honey - 4 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the banana into thin slices or circles and fry in butter on both sides until golden. Transfer to paper towels.
Toast the pieces of bread and smear with nut paste or cottage cheese.
Put bananas and blueberries on top. Sprinkle the sandwiches with nuts, lightly pour honey and garnish with mint leaves.
