This is one of my favorite variations of smoked salmon sandwiches. Spicy capers pleasantly set off the taste, and fresh cucumbers give juiciness and texture. The main thing is to choose a good delicious bread, perhaps with cereals or other additives.
Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Salmon (smoked) – 100 g
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Cream cheese (or cottage cheese) – 60 g
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Capers - 2 tsp.
- Arugula - 4 leaf
- Bow purple - 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grease the bread with cream or cottage cheese. Philadelphia will do, too.
Place cucumber slices and smoked salmon strips on top.
Sprinkle the sandwiches with spices, sesame seeds and capers.
Decorate with arugula leaves and add a couple of purple onion feathers.
