- Tomato paste - 2 tsp.
- Cilantro - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the beef and vegetables into medium pieces. Put the vegetables in the pots first, and then the meat.
Add crushed garlic, chopped hot pepper and cilantro.
Add all the spices. Mix the broth with tomato paste, pour over the beef and mix.
Bake the meat for two hours at 180 degrees.
